The University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  The “Primary Care Update Conference” is a knowledge based activity and will award up to 14.1 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education.  Continuing education credit will be uploaded to the CPE Monitor based on the morning and afternoon sessions attended by the participant and completion of the CE Attendance Form.

This activity has been submitted to PSNA for approval to award contact hours.  The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission On Accreditation.
