FT Administrative Assistant needed to manage all day-to-day operations for the front end of the clinic. This position is responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to, check in/out, making appointments, provider scheduling, requesting prior authorizations, copay collection, chart organization, working with external referring offices, billing sheets and collaboration with billing office, as well as some coordination with research collaboration. Understanding of Healthenet and knowledge of various insurance coverages including no fault, worker's comp, Beacon, etc. helpful.  Ideal candidate will be able to take initiative and work independently. Time management skills are critical for the organization of the office and communication/customer service skills must be exemplary.  High school diploma with more than five (5) years administrative support experience required. Associate's degree and more than two (2) years' administrative experience preferred. Excellent computer and communication skills. Knowledge of CPT/ICD 9/10 codes preferred. Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology desired. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.


FT LPN needed to float to various outpatient clinics in Buffalo and Williamsville. Must demonstrate initiative, have ability to multi-task and possess excellent clinical skills.  Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with current NYS LPN license. Minimum 2 years outpatient experience preferred. EMR experience required. Prior Authorization experience helpful.


FT Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (APP) needed for downtown Conventus primary care clinic.  Responsibilities include evaluation and management of care for pediatric through geriatric aged patients relating to overall wellness, diseases, chronic conditions, urgent care, etc.   Maintains accurate and complete patient records in EMR system, handles urgent calls and tasks for physicians who are unavailable, communicates effectively/accurately with patients, families and physicians, collaborates with physician on designing and implementing appropriate plan of care for the patient or chooses appropriate treatment based on pre-determined protocols and other clinical duties as assigned.  Must be a graduate of an accredited NP/PA program, have current NYS license and BE/BC. Primary Care/Family Medicine experience preferred. Must have ability to work independently, be flexible, demonstrate judgment and initiative while operating during demanding situations. FT Health Care Financial Analyst needed to assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue, reduce operating expenses and improve profitability in the organization. The HCFA will work closely with administration to evaluate and strategize business planning and opportunities based on business, financial and operational analyses. Will provide divisional analysis and management, as well as development of business plans, workflow analyses and operating metrics for each division. Will be responsible for report writing, analysis and maintenance for physician compensation modeling, as well as developing and maintaining an efficient and organized tracking system for all contractual documents. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Business Administration, Public Health, Economics or Healthcare Administration preferred. Experience in data analytics required, preferably in health care. Excellent communication, proficiency in data mining tools and project management skills required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel required.
