FT Administrative Assistant needed for Behavioral Medicine clinic located at ECMC.  Will manage day-to-day operations for the front end of the clinic.  This position is responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to, check in/out, making appointments, provider scheduling, requesting prior authorizations, copay collection, chart organization, working with external referring offices, billing sheets and collaboration with billing office.  Understanding of Healthenet and knowledge of various insurance coverages including no fault, worker's comp Beacon, etc. is helpful!  Ideal candidate will be able to take initiative, work independently, be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.  Time management skills are critical for the organization of the office and communication/customer service skills must be exemplary.  High school diploma with at least 2-3 years' administrative support experience required.  Associate's degree preferred.  Excellent computer and communication skills.  Knowledge of CPT/ICD9/10 codes preferred.  Knowledge of medical procedures and terminology desired.



FT MA needed for busy primary care and multi-specialty outpatient practice located at the Conventus medical building in downtown Buffalo.  Will perform a variety of office workflows and clinic procedures including, but not limited to, rooming patients, taking vitals and documentation in the EMR.  MA training required; certification preferred.  Minimum 2 years' experience working with patients, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting.  Strong organizational and communication skills required.  Must be able to multi-task effectively and efficiently.  Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, as needed.  EMR experience required.



FT APP (Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant) for busy hospitalist service at Buffalo General Medical Center.  Monthly shift requirements; self-scheduling is an option.  Must be a graduate of an accredited NP/PA program and have current NYS license, DEA and Board Certification. Must have ability to work independently, be flexible, demonstrate judgment and initiative while operating during demanding situations.  Experience in hospital setting preferred.  New grads welcome to apply!



FT APP (Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant) for Infectious Diseases and Primary care at ECMC.  Will work independently to provide assessments and chronic disease management of patients as related to ID, as well as other clinical duties as assigned.  Must be a graduate of an accredited NP/PA program and have current NYS license, DEA and Board Certification. Infectious disease experience preferred, minimum of 5 years in primary care can be substituted . EMR experience required. Must have ability to work independently, be flexible, demonstrate judgment and initiative while operating during demanding situations.



FT Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) needed for Williamsville specialty clinic.  Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, check in/out, verify insurances, schedule appointments, daily copay reports/collect copays, general customer service.  Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.   2-3 years' experience in medical office required, EMR and Healthenet experience required, general office skills (faxing, copying, etc.) required.



Full Time LPN needed as Clinical Team Lead (CTL) for busy primary care (adult/pediatrics) and multi-specialty outpatient practice at Conventus location in downtown Buffalo. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling clinical staff, oversight of clinic workflow, exam room assignments and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked. Will function as a working leader to assist with daily clinical needs. Maintains adequate daily vaccine and medication inventory. Acts as the liaison between providers and clinical staff.  Responds to patient complaints regarding quality of service concerns and follows up as necessary.  Graduate from accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with current NYS LPN license required.  Minimum of 1-2 years’ previous nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.  Team lead/supervisory experience required.  Experience with staff scheduling strongly preferred. Knowledge of patient centered medical home (PCMH) preferred. Experience with monitoring quality initiatives preferred. Experience in chronic disease management/chronic care helpful. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Electronic Medical Records. Excellent communication and customer services skills required. Must have strong initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
