Our specialists are certified in the primary sub-specialties associated with Internal Medicine, specifically:

Chief Operating Officer needed to manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the organization. The COO assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company and will be responsible for developing/implementing strategic and business initiatives that are aligned with the goals of the organization. The COO will provide leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and systems in place to effective grow and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Will review and monitor areas in need of improvement and make recommendations for corrective action. The COO will lead collaborative efforts with other health care/hospital partners on all clinical integration initiatives, as well as provide oversight and guidance to outpatient clinic operations, hospitalist medicine, marketing, information technology, human resources, revenue cycle, business and finance operations. Master’s degree in Health Care Administration (preferred) or Business Administration.  Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in health care management will be considered. Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in outpatient clinical operations required. Expertise in revenue cycle operations in a physician practice essential. Excellent organizational and communication skills required, as well as proficiency in problem-solving/analytical skills. Must demonstrate visionary leadership, change management and financial acumen.
LPN's (Downtown Buffalo & Williamsville) 
Full Time LPN’s needed for downtown primary/pediatric and specialty care clinic at Conventus as well as specialty clinic in Williamsville. Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and show initiative in a team environment. Can expect to work with multiple disciplines including pediatrics. EMR experience required. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Behavioral Medicine Clinic @ Erie County Medical Center)
Full time administrative assistant needed for Behavioral Medicine Clinic located on the ECMC campus.  Will be responsible for the operation, function and maintenance of the day-to-day clinical operations which includes intake and follow through with patients and supporting the Division Chief and other providers in the clinic.  Duties will include assisting with correspondence, schedules and presentations, as well as preparing and managing provider schedules.  Will answer phones and coordinate any patient schedules needed.  Will conduct check in/check out of patients, and ensure demographics, insurance, etc. are up-to-date.  Will manage requests for medical records following mental health guidelines.  High School diploma with more than 5 years' administrative support experience, preferably in a clinic setting.  Associate's degree preferred.  Excellent communication, multi-tasking and detail-oriented skills required.  Medical terminology preferred.
CODER (Downtown Buffalo)
Full time certified coder needed to analyze documentation and accurately assign codes for hospitalist and primary care/specialty evaluation and management. Must be familiar with procedures using the appropriate ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes. Coder should be familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, No Fault, Workers' Comp and private insurance guidelines.  Responsibilities include performing the assignment of codes, verification of completeness for reimbursement, providing education and training to providers as needed, and reviewing records to ensure that all components such as patient and record identification, signatures and dates are present. CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification required as well as two years or more of coding experience. Paid parking.
FT Medical Assistant needed for busy specialty medical practice.  Will answer incoming calls in a professional/courteous manner at all times.  Must be able to distribute the calls to appropriate clinics or handle independently.  Will deliver strong customer service to every caller.  Must have ABOVE AVERAGE customer service and communication skills.  Minimum 2-3 years' customer service experience, preferably in a call center and/or health care setting.  Medical Assistant experience is preferred but will consider others with call center experience.  Candidates who are bilingual are strongly encouraged to apply.  Must be able to work independently.  Strong scheduling experience preferred.
Full time Eligibility Coordinator to be responsible for identify inactive patient insurance and/or insurance errors. Will check annual visits scheduled and ensure correct appointment codes on patient's insurance, as well as verify patient insurance for all locations prior to visits.  Must demonstrate knowledge of local insurance payers required. Must have the ability to fact check, record keep and review scheduling system for errors or concerns. Must have excellent customer service, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.  Knowledge of medical billing required.  Paid parking.
