|LPN CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (WILLIAMSVILLE)
FT LPN Clinical Supervisor (CS) needed for multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Williamsville. Will coordinate daily workflow and ensure that all medical services are provided efficiently by maintaining excellent patient care and customer service within the clinic. The CS is a working supervisor and is responsible for LPN duties as well as daily oversight of clinical staff and workflows. CS will have an understanding of all aspects of an outpatient practice which includes, but is not limited to, ordering of clinical supplies, working with vendors, understanding prior authorizations, conducting staff meeting and monitoring daily activities. The CS will training staff on existing and new workflows within the clinic, and work as a liaison between staff and providers in areas that require process improvement. Must be a graduate from an accredited LPN program. Associate's degree preferred, currently licensed in NYS as an LPN. Minimum of 2-3 years previous nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Supervisory and staff scheduling experience required. EMR experience required, prior authorization experience preferred. Excellent customer service, initiative and multi-tasking skills required.
PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (WILLIAMSVILLE)
FT Patient Services Representative (PSR) needed for busy primary care and specialty practice in Williamsville. PSR will answer incoming calls in a professional/courteous manner, distribute calls to appropriate clinics or handle independently. PSR must have above average customer service and communication skills. Minimum 2-3 years' customer service experience required preferably in a call center and/or health care setting. MEDICAL ASSISTANT (WILLIAMSVILLE)
FT Medical Assistant (MA) needed for busy multi-specialty outpatient practice in Williamsville. Will perform a variety of office workflows and clinic procedures including, but not limited to, rooming patients, taking vitals and documentation in the EMR. Will prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients. Answers phones, completes tasks, performs point of care testing, screens callers, relays messages and prepares charts. Maintains safe, secure and health work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures and complying with regulations. Maintains supplies by reviewing inventory, placing orders and verifying receipt. MA training required, MA certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with patients, preferable in an outpatient clinic setting. Strong organizational and communication skills required. OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (WILLIAMSVILLE)
FT Operations Coordinator (OC) needed for multi-specialty clinic in Williamsville. Will be responsible for overall supervision of the administrative functions at the clinic including all call center, medical records and front desk staff. Will coordinate between other site coordinators and clinic directors to ensure staffing is sufficient and identify areas of improvement. Will be responsible for front desk duties related to collections, eligibility checking, clerical duties and reconciliation. Will collaborate with the clinical supervisor to ensure patient workflows are efficient and streamlined. Will provide training and guidance to all administrative staff and be responsible for ordering/managing clerical supplies. Will work as a liaison with external vendors and clinical directors to coordinate any operations matters. Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred, preferably in business, business administration, health care administration, health services or related field. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in clinical operations support, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Must have above-average communication and customer service skills, ability to multi-task and excel in a teamwork atmosphere required. Supervisory experience required. EMR and front-end medical office experience preferred.
MEDICAL CODER/BILLER (BUFFALO)
FT Certified Medical Coder/Biller needed for large primary care and specialty practice to analyze and accurately code diagnostic, procedural and/or surgical information that determines Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance payments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing accurate ICD9/10, CPT and HCPCS coding and reviewing records to ensure that all components such as patient/ record identification, signatures and dates are present. Will also accurately analyze and consistently follow up on unpaid claims utilizing monthly aging reports, as well as work queues and filing appeals when appropriate to obtain the maximum reimbursement. HS diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred. CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification required. Medical billing and insurance follow-up knowledge is required.
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR - PART TIME (BUFFALO)

Primary schedule is 3 days/week rotating Monday/Wednesday/Friday and then Monday/Tuesday/Friday - all 9:30-5:30 shifts. Days/hours subject to change depending on needs of the clinic.
